Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and serial number of the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
